Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received 48 days before departure.
No changes can be made within 45 days before departure.
Participants wishing to return earlier or later than scheduled must email or write to Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd at least 45 days before travel. Approval is at the company’s discretion.
If approved, additional costs and an administration fee will be charged to the participant.

Cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter) to Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd to avoid misunderstandings.

Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the itinerary without prior notice.
Travel insurance is compulsory for international travelers.
Refunds (if any) will take at least 2 months to process.
All hotel and flight details are subject to final confirmation.
Not all hotels provide kettles or ironing facilities—please bring your own if necessary.
Triple sharing rooms are based on twin sharing with an extra bed, where available.
Flight tickets are not included unless stated; booking through us incurs an RM35/ticket/person service fee.
Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
A copy of your passport must be emailed 45 days before departure.
Ensure you are not blacklisted (e.g., PTPTN, bank debts). We are not responsible if you are denied travel.
For Halal meals, breakfast is served as an international buffet. Where Halal food is not available, seafood, vegetarian, or packed Halal meals will be provided.
Once you book this package, it is assumed you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
No refund will be made for unused services (meals, tours, transport, accommodation, etc.).
All flight, sea, road, or rail timings are estimates.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, airline rescheduling, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
No refunds will be given for lost time due to flight delays or cancellations.
While every effort will be made to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change facilities, services, prices, or itineraries.
No compensation will be paid for alterations due to Force Majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, pandemics, airline issues, strikes, or unforeseen events).
We may change the airline carrier if necessary, without compensation.
We reserve the right to cancel tours when necessary.
Any complaints should be reported immediately to the relevant supplier and our representative during the tour.
Failure to report on the spot may result in loss of the right to compensation.
You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry, visa, and health requirements.
We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
We act solely as agents for carriers, hotels, and other suppliers.
We are not liable for losses, damages, accidents, or schedule changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
All participants and their belongings are at their own risk.
Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended.
No refunds or reductions for any unused portion of the tour (air tickets, meals, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, etc.).
By making a payment for the tour or flights, you acknowledge and accept all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
