Deposit from the full payment should be paid after your booking has been verified by the staff of Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd.
Full payment must be made 45 days before travelling dates.
Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel your booking if you fail to make full payment 48 days before travelling.
No changes can be made within 45 days before departure.
If participants wish to return earlier or later than the original date, a request must be made via email or letter 45 days before travelling.
Approval is at the discretion of Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd.
If allowed, any additional cost and an administration fee will be borne by the participant.

Booking cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter) and sent to Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd to avoid misunderstanding.
Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations and flight tickets.
Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the itinerary without prior notice.
Malaysian travellers: travel insurance is compulsory for international packages.
Refunds will take more than 2 months to process.
Hotel and flight details are subject to confirmation.
Not all hotels provide electric kettles or ironing facilities – bringing your own is advised.
Not all hotels have triple rooms. Triple sharing may be twin sharing + extra bed if required.
Flight tickets are not included unless stated. Booking via us incurs RM35/ticket/person.
Passport validity must exceed 6 months from the date of arrival.
A copy of your passport must be emailed 45 days before departure.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are not blacklisted (e.g. PTPTN, bank debts). The company holds no responsibility if you are denied travel.
For Halal meal packages – meals are suitable for Muslims except for breakfast, which may be international buffet.
In areas where Halal meals are unavailable, seafood, vegetarian, or packed halal meals will be served.
Once you book this package, it is assumed you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
No refund or reduction will be made for any unused portion of the package (meals, accommodation, transport, etc.).
Departure times (air, sea, road, or rail) are estimates only.
We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to:
Adverse weather conditions
Airline or airport authority rescheduling
Air traffic control actions
Mechanical breakdowns
Industrial action
No refunds are given by hotels or suppliers for lost holiday time due to flight delays. Airlines typically do not offer compensation for such delays.
We will make every effort to operate all tours as advertised. However, we reserve the right to:
Change facilities, services, prices, or itineraries if necessary.
Cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Force Majeure includes but is not limited to:
War, riots, civil unrest, strikes, terrorist activities, natural disasters, epidemics, health risks, technical issues, closed airports, or any unforeseen operational problems.
No compensation will be paid for such circumstances.
If you have any complaint during the tour:
Notify both the supplier and our representative immediately.
Failure to report issues on the spot may affect your right to claim compensation later.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all travel requirements and carry proper documentation.
We cannot be held liable for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete or improper documents.
We act solely as an agent for carriers, hotels, and suppliers.
We are not responsible for:
Losses, damages, accidents, or schedule changes beyond our control
Death, personal injury, or property loss of any kind
Travellers and their belongings are solely at their own risk.
We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance.
Ensure that your coverage meets your needs, or arrange supplementary insurance if required.
No refund or reduction will be made for any unused services (air tickets, accommodation, meals, transfers, etc.), whether partially or fully.
By making a payment for the tour or flights, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions stated herein.
Although we strive to ensure all displayed information is accurate, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy and accept no liability for errors.
Offers listed under “late availability” or “exclusive deals” are accurate at the time of entry but may not be available later.
